We allow Dealers to do one import of existing Contacts to your People section of Portal. This is a manual process for our team, so it is important to follow the guidelines:
Export your contacts from your CRM tool in a csv format.
Edit the csv to match our template exactly. You can download the template file here. Please note the following rules:
Email address and First Name are required fields. If missing, the customer will not be imported.
The customer address must be complete. If there is a street and state but no zip, the customer will not be imported.
Send us your Contact Import file via the in-app chat on Portal or you can email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
