In January of 2023, we expanded our API with iPoint to include proposals. You can build a proposal and win a job in Portal, and then push that proposal into iPoint.
Connecting iPoint to Portal
In iPoint, go to Settings > Integrations > Portal. Enter in your Portal username and Password and click Get API Key.
Importing a Portal Proposal into iPoint
In the iPoint Proposal List, go to Options > Advanced and click Fetch Portal Proposals
Search for the Proposal you want to import
Click Import Proposal
iPoint will do the work and show a comparison at the end to ensure the iPoint totals match the Portal totals.
