Set Up Alerts for your Portal Rewards Card
- Go to MyPrepaidCenter.com and sign into your account, as you would have when you activated the card originally or used to check transactions or updated your profile:
2. On the left side of your screen you will see three areas, once signed in, chose the option “My Alerts”:
My Alerts: This page allows you to set up text or e-mail alerts for your Portal Rewards Card. You will have the option to set alerts for daily, weekly or transactions.
Text alert Terms & Conditions: Opt in to receive standard rate alerts for your prepaid card. Number and type of messages based on account settings. Text STOP to 67585 to opt out; text HELP to 67585 for support. Message and data rates may apply. Participating carriers include ACG, AT&T, Bell, Boost, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, Cincinnati Bell, MetroPCS, Cricket, Rogers, Rural Carrier Group, Telus, and Tier 2/3 Group.
