  • Updated side navigation to rename “Payments” to “Payment Schedule” for clearer terminology.

Integrations

  • QuickBooks:

    • Convenience fees now reuse a single item (e.g., “Credit Card Convenience Fee”) instead of creating new items each time.

    • Proposals can now be pushed to QuickBooks a second time without errors; the system updates existing quotes instead of failing or duplicating.

  • Zoho (Preparing for Beta test)

    • Zoho Books Quotes now include convenience fees as dedicated line items for accurate cost breakdowns.

    • Zoho Deals Settings now correctly respect the enabled/disabled state.

    • PW-18859 - Fixed an issue where Zoho Deals were triggered despite the integration setting being disabled.

  • Generating a Client PDF will now create a snapshot and restore point in the Proposal History section.

    • Users are prompted to select or create a Zoho Deal when adding a Zoho-linked client to a proposal.

    • A new settings panel allows mapping Portal proposal statuses to Zoho Deal stages.

    • Proposal status changes now update the associated deal's stage, revenue, and notes in Zoho CRM.

    • Proposal UI now displays linked deal information with a direct link to Zoho.

    • Improved Zoho contact matching logic by allowing the system to ignore company names when checking for duplicates.

    • PW-18594 - Fixed an issue where the linked Zoho Deal wasn’t displaying correctly in the proposal.

  • Zapier

    • Zapier now distinguishes between standard proposal updates and change order updates to reduce automation noise.

Catalog

  • New List Views: Labor, Fee, and Custom item categories can now be viewed as lists, making it easier to browse and manage items.

  • The "Add to Proposal" button has been repositioned above the supplier cost.

Payments

  • Client and invoice PDFs now show all relevant fees, ensuring payment totals match those displayed in Portal.

  • "Invoice Date" is now "Request Date," and "Item" is now "Items"

  • The "Review & Submit" button is now "Review & Send", with an airplane icon to better indicate sending the document to clients.

  • In the email pop-up window, the background is now greyed out when active for better focus, and the label “Recipient Details” has been updated to “Send via Email”

  • PW-18642 - Fixed an issue where "Viewed" events were not appearing in the Payment Request history section.

  • Convenience Fees Updates:

    • Proposals & Financial Summaries now list convenience fees as separate line items for a clearer cost breakdowns.

    • Invoice and Client PDFs now accurately reflect convenience fees, ensuring on-screen and downloadable totals match.

    • All views (dealer, client, summary, detailed) now include convenience fees in payment totals.

    • Payment records and proposals now automatically update as payments are made to reflect convenience fees (when applicable).

  • PW-18632 - Corrected discrepancy where dealers saw a convenience fee that clients did not.

  • Zoho (Preparing for Beta test)

    • Zoho item creation settings now apply correctly, ensuring that line items and product settings carry over as expected.

    • Vendor lists in Zoho now populate properly during item creation, removing a blocker for dealers pushing proposals.

    • Fixed an issue where all Zoho search results were incorrectly showing as already linked—even when they weren’t.

    • PW-18661 - Zoho-linked clients are now accurately identified—fresh contacts no longer show as pre-linked.

    • PW-18660 - Fixed logic so item creation settings for Zoho Books now apply as expected.

    • PW-18659 - Restored vendor visibility when pushing proposals into Zoho Books.
