To change your default supplier for an item or brand, find the item in the catalog, and click the image to open the Item page. The default supplier is shown on the main Item page. To change the Default supplier, click "More Suppliers":

Next, find your preferred Default Supplier and select Set as Default below the Supplier Name. You can choose at this time if you want to make this supplier the default for this item or all items for this brand.
