Portal.io has an integration with the Zapier app that you can use today! It supports event-based triggers so Zapier can respond automatically when key events happen in your Portal account.

These are the current triggers available in Zapier:

  • Contact Modification
    ​    Triggers when a contact is updated

  • Update Change Order Status
    ​    Triggers when a change order status changes

Data You Can Access in Zapier Triggers

Portal’s Zapier triggers return key data points you can use in automations:

  • Proposal ID and Name

  • Status and Total Amount

  • Client First Name, Last Name, Email, and Company

  • Linked Proposal PDFs and CSVs

  • Salesperson Name and Email

  • Order Status and Payment Dates

  • Financial Summary like parts, labor, taxes, and discounts
