Proposals

  • Dealers can now skip the "Set Up Customer in QuickBooks" screen when submitting proposals, invoices, or payment requests when the integration is set to create payment records and the customer hasn’t been mapped yet.

  • PW-21528 - Fixed an issue where the client description wasn’t displaying when expanding all areas in a proposal.

Payments & Invoicing

  • PW-21624 - Fixed an issue where invoice due dates were incorrectly changing to match the email notification date.

  • PW-21673 - Credit card fees now appear correctly on PDF downloads for payment requests.

  • PW-21692 - Resolved an issue where billing addresses were disappearing on payment requests after updating item pricing.

Integrations

QuickBooks Integration Updates

  • If a payment is completed in Portal but the client hasn’t been matched in QuickBooks, the QuickBooks status button now shows a red error state to alert you.

  • The QuickBooks icon on invoices will now only show success if a QuickBooks invoice has been created. For payments, a history event with a link to QuickBooks is added instead.

  • You can now view error details and retry failed QuickBooks payment records directly from the status icon on invoices and payment requests.

  • QuickBooks status icons now follow a standardized system: red and yellow states with unified tooltips and clearer next steps.

  • If an invoice has a QuickBooks warning or error, the secondary button now shows “View Invoice in QuickBooks,” giving you access to the linked record without restarting the sync.

General

  • PW-21358 - Fixed an issue in Safari where pasting into text editors would cause errors.

Proposals

  • The area selection when adding items has been redesigned for clarity. Each area now appears on its own line with a separate quantity field, making it easier to make precise edits. Divider lines also visually separate each area to reduce confusion.

Watch a quick video walkthrough of the new area and option quantity controls:

  • When you add a new attachment to a group, the group now opens automatically so you can instantly confirm placement.

  • When dragging an item into an attachment group, hold for a moment and the group will auto-expand, helping you drop it in the right spot.

  • Double-clicking an area’s expand/collapse icon now toggles all areas open or closed.

  • The same shortcut works for attachments: double-click to expand or collapse all at once within an area.

Watch a quick video walkthrough of these updates:

  • PW-21603 - Fixed an issue where Labor Items were not being added to AI-generated proposals.

  • PW-21599 - Resolved an issue that caused Systems sections to be duplicated on proposals.

  • PW-21532 - Fixed an issue where accessory items weren’t including supplier costs in proposals.

  • PW-20808 - Fixed an issue where client search didn’t return relevant results when adding a client to a proposal.

Payments and Invoicing

  • PW-21547 - Fixed an issue that caused errors when enabling automatic invoice syncing to QuickBooks Online.
