Dealers can now build and win proposals in Portal, then push those proposals directly into iPoint—bridging the gap between sales and project execution without manual re-entry.

Seamless Proposal Transfer and Management

With this expanded integration, the Portal-to-iPoint workflow becomes seamless. You can now:

  • Build and win proposals in Portal

  • Push those proposals into iPoint with a few clicks

  • Automatically match or create customers in iPoint's CRM

  • Confirm final proposal totals after import for accuracy

Once inside iPoint, users can manage their imported proposals within the Proposal Module. A range of sorting and filtering tools—including wild card search, status filters (Accepted, Completed, Draft, etc.), and custom list views—makes it easy to find and manage proposals.

Why It Matters

  • Faster Workflow: Eliminate manual entry of proposal data

  • Accuracy: Totals and items are compared and confirmed during import

  • Consistency: Keep proposal and project data synchronized across platforms

  • Flexibility: Import labor, taxes, and custom items with intelligent logic

Getting Started

To connect Portal and iPoint, navigate in iPoint to Settings > Integrations > Portal, and enter your Portal Pro credentials. You’ll then be able to fetch and import proposals from Options > Advanced in the Proposal List view. A Pro or higher subscription plan on Portal is required for iPoint integration.

Conclusion

The integration between Portal and iPoint brings power and precision to integrators who want seamless transitions from sales to operations. With smart data handling, customer matching, and customizable views, it’s never been easier to run your business with connected tools.
